2. Services We Provide

• Contractors pay for leads, jobs, or completed work through Stripe or other approved payment methods.

• Affiliates may promote CLN using approved marketing materials and earn commission for qualified leads or jobs.

• CLN also provides administrative services such as verification, payment processing, and limited customer support.

3. Eligibility

To use our Platform:

• Contractors must be at least 18 years old, hold valid business credentials, and maintain current insurance.

• Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and agree to use only authorized marketing materials.

• Customers must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate contact and service request information.

4. Contractor Responsibilities

Contractors agree to:

• Maintain valid business licenses, liability insurance, and any permits required by state or local law.

• Provide accurate information on all job requests and service areas.

• Complete work in a professional, timely, and lawful manner.

• Pay any owed percentages, fees, or commissions to CLN in accordance with their agreement or invoice.

• Not misuse customer information for purposes outside of the referred job.

CLN does not guarantee specific job volumes or outcomes. Contractors are responsible for evaluating each lead and ensuring they can perform the requested service.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to:

• Use only CLN-approved ads, copy, and creative materials.

• Avoid false or misleading statements when promoting CLN.

• Refrain from bidding on CLN trademarks or domains for paid advertising.

• Follow all local, state, and federal advertising laws.

• Receive commission payments only for verified and qualified leads.

CLN reserves the right to revoke affiliate access or withhold commissions for policy violations.

6. Payments & Fees

• Contractors pay CLN directly through Stripe or another approved processor.

• Payment terms are defined per invoice or contractor agreement.

• Affiliates are paid commission after leads or jobs are verified.

• CLN may withhold payments for suspected fraud or incomplete work.

• All prices are subject to change with notice.

7. Data Collection & Privacy

CLN collects limited personal information (name, email, phone, business documents, and payment data) to operate the Platform.
We will never sell or rent user data to third parties.

8. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, trademarks, and software are the property of Contractor Leads Network.
Contractors and affiliates may use approved branding only for promotional purposes directly connected to CLN.

9. Lead Quality & Limitation of Liability

CLN strives to ensure accuracy in all leads but does not guarantee lead conversion or customer intent.
By using the Platform, you agree that CLN is not responsible for:

• Lost revenue, missed calls, or scheduling delays;

• Errors or omissions in customer-submitted data;

• Work performed or not performed by contractors;

• Any damages resulting from third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLN’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid to CLN in the previous 90 days.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Misrepresentation or fraud;

• Failure to pay invoices or commissions;

• Breach of these Terms;

• Inappropriate or illegal conduct.

Upon termination, users lose access to their dashboards, and outstanding payments or disputes will be resolved per written agreement.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute shall first be addressed through informal resolution; if unresolved, the parties agree to binding arbitration in Hays County, Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
